This fully furnished home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed; the second room is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the third room has 2 single beds. The first bathroom has a separate shower and a bath, and the second bathroom is fitted with a shower. The well-equipped kitchen contains the basic appliances to prepare and cook meals, including a dishwasher for convenience.
The lounge has wicker furniture and a leather couch to relax on, and there is a wood-burning fireplace to use. The living area leads out to a covered verandah, which features an outdoor dining table, a built-in braai area, and a swimming pool.
Secure off-street parking is available. The estate features 24-hour security, and is also ideally situated a few minutes from the town centre, where there are restaurants and shops to visit.

The house is beautifully located and equipped for pleasant visits in winter and summer. We made a nice fireplace during our winter visit. Very neat and clean. Will definitely want to go back again.
It's an annoyance if you rent a 3 bedroom house with a pool and two of the rooms are locked and the pool is covered with a blanket that makes swimming impossible. This is exactly why I don't book a guest house with only one room.
Would not recommend booking at the Halfway House Guest House. The communication is terrible, as well as the admin. The owner was not friendly or helpful at all. For the price she charges, one would at least expect better service than that. Really disappointing.
We enjoyed it very much. Will definitely stay there again.
The place was beautifully furnished and very tidy.
Was a great holiday and I would definitely recommend it. The house is clean, tidy and modern with everything you need, maybe just a washing machine and access to the garage to store the bikes. The children also really enjoyed the pool. Very nice stoep with braai as in the photos. With the strict estate rules, we could not invite friends or family for coffee, but the clubhouse was fortunately at our disposal for Christmas dinner. The restaurant serves delicious food and Nico and his team absolutely go the extra mile to make people feel welcome.
It is peaceful and quiet on the golf course. The house is clean and tidy and well maintained. Welcome was friendly and helpful.
Halfway House is actually a Full House instead! Absolutely nothing is missing and it really is a good quality place to stay throughout. I will stay there again!
Very peaceful stay, on the Robertson golf course. Perfect if you plan to play the course. Neat, clean and safe!

- The swimming pool has a child-safety cover.

Find herewith house notes/rules, to make your stay enjoyable: - No additional guests than booked. No parking in street or in front of garages. No noise or disturbance after 10 pm. Consider neighbours and comply to Estate as well as House rules. - No guests will be allowed access to the estate without a completed check-in form. - Visitors to the Estate will at all times comply with instructions given by Security Personnel and are requested to adhere to the Silwerstrand Rules & Regulations. - The speed limit on the estate is 30km/hr – please obey all road signs. - The use of quad bikes, scramblers and motorised scooters are prohibited within the estate. • Park your vehicle in the designated parking area – cars may not be parked in roads or on verges or vacant stands. • The gates at the entrance will be closed between 23h00 and 05h00. • The Estate is a residential area and quiet time is from 22h00 onwards. • Golf carts may only be operated by a person holding a valid drivers’ licence. • Fishing, wading and swimming in the dams, water canal and other water features on the golf estate are not allowed. Please do not launch any craft of any description on the water features. • Please use the practice facilities at the clubhouse – do not chip and putt on any of the 18 greens or play from your house – all play must start from the clubhouse. • Visitors are prohibited from bringing their pets to the Estate. • Bonfires and fireworks are not allowed on the Estate. Persons are not allowed to discharge any firearm, air rifle, crossbow or similar weapon or device within the Estate.
