We had the best time staying in this gorgeous home by the seaside! It is very neat and modern with lots of space! We were 5 adults and 4 toddlers. The kids loved being able to play in the sand right outside the door! We took along loads of blankets so they also played inside on the blankets. Beach access was great! Gas stove and chargeble lights helped with the load shedding. Nice to be able to use a dishwasher and wifi. We would love to return for another visit!
Very nice stay and it was an incredibly beautiful environment! Will come again! There needs to be a better overview in terms of cleaning rules as we were told that you have to wash your dishes yourself and leave the place clean for the next guests. Anders recovers the cost from your deposit, but did not find certain goods clean themselves, such as glasses, and dirt under beds and couches.
On the beach, closer to the sea you can not ask. Beautiful house, beautiful sea view. Very relaxing!
We find the house very cold, there are no towels, fire lighter, bed mats next to all the beds. They can also leave one of each, washing machine and dish soap tablets, just to start with, especially for foreigners. Solar is a must for lights.
We really enjoyed our time at Rocherpan, the house is well furnished, very big space, everything was neat and clean. The sea view and walks on the beach were heavenly. Thank you Liezle.

We loved everything about this beautiful home and really enjoyed our stay. The house is equipped with everything one needs for a home away from home visit. One small recommendation: rugs in the wintertime as the screet flooring makes the house quite cold or perhaps panel heaters, especially for the humidity on the bedding. Other than that - stunning home! Looking forward to our next visit!
The house is fantastically equipped with everything you need. It is beautiful and neat. We enjoyed our stay so much that we were sad to pack up and go home. The view is indescribably beautiful and just a stone's throw from the beach. Beautiful sunsets and peaceful atmosphere. It was really very nice. Thanks to Liezle for all your help and feedback when we had a query.
We will definitely stay there again if we visit the West Coast. We think the place will be a bit cold in the winter with the cement floors, would recommend that they purchase heaters for the winter. They can also provide more garbage bags for garbage for people who only come to stay for a weekend. An indication is also essential for the guests of how the bags for garbage disposal work in relation to the recycling. E.g. the transparent bags are for plastic, etc.
Cell phone reception is non-existent, Wi-Fi would be a massive plus point.
We enjoyed the house very much. It's modern, spacious and the location is unbeatable. A really beautiful house and we would love to stay there again. The fact that our dog could come along makes it a fantastic destination. But, the customer service was too rigid and inflexible for 2020 and the agent should pay more attention to hospitality in terms of rules. It would also be a good idea to have more cutlery and crockery available. There are only 6 of everything. In short, perfect house with unnecessary rules.

Rocherpan is a spacious house with everything one needs for a break away. Die sea view is fantastic and it is only a few steps to the beach.

Unbelievable house and town, most beautiful sunset and view. The roar of the ocean is all you hear.
Had a wonderful stay. Felt like home. The beach front made the stay even more pleasant - hearing the waves as you wake up in the morning is pure bliss!

To respect our neighbours, no loud music, excessive noise or parties are allowed, unfortunately, we do not allow day visitors. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund, including forfeiture of the breakage deposit.
Please note on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, check-in is between 10:00 and 13:00. This is different from our weekday check-in times, which are between 14:00 and 18:00
The following may affect the refund of your breakage deposit:
We reserve the right to use the breakage deposit towards cleaning, repair or replacement costs if the property has been left dirty, if items are missing, or damaged, or if extraordinary cleaning of the property, linen or furniture is required.
Please wash and put away your dirty dishes before departure, as unwashed dishes will incur an additional fee
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. If we detect any signs or smells of smoke, the deposit will not be refunded.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days, minus any deductions. If the deposit is insufficient, the booking person is personally responsible for covering additional costs
