It was good. It's just that when there is loadshedding, water is affected as well. So shower early.
Warm welcome, and my room was ready.
It is spacious, clean, tidy. With the most beautiful sea view. Beautiful pool area with a bar available. Breakfast is also optionally available.
With the respect you give your own home. Well done and beautiful layout.

We hadden een erg ruime en schone kamer. Het was qua inrichting iets gedateerd, maar alles was goed. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Wij hadden een kamer met ruime badgelegenheid en een super uitzicht. Erg dicht bij het strand.

There is no DStv in the rooms. No WiFi to do work. Rooms are furnished well enough, but the furniture is old. Linen was clean.
We had a great time at Windsor Guest House. Everyone was extremely friendly and we felt very much at home.
The stay in Windsor Guest House made our stay in Port Edward very pleasant. The staff led by Petro are very friendly and helpful. Petro's information about places to visit is great.
I enjoyed every moment. Petro was very nice and helpful with directions to attractions in Port Edward. Rooms were nice and we enjoyed the sea view from top room. For the price we paid, we got a lot out of it!
Parking is limited and the cleanliness of the wardrobes is a big problem. The friendly reception and helpfulness of the hostess and staff must be complimented, but it was the worst in terms of cleanliness of the 5 guesthouses we used. The wardrobes need urgent attention and general cleanliness is not up to standard.
A nice place to stay in Port Edward. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay.
On the internet they say there is a bar available. There is a bar, but it is not in operation. There is also one braai for 8 rooms. All the games have parts gone. The pool table's balls are gone. We were told that we could use the fridge in the kitchen. For 3 days the thing did not get cold. The lady then procured another one and sat in the bar area. We put our stuff in the bar area but because the place closes at 8pm in the evening, we put our stuff in the fridge in the kitchen. The owner then said we were not allowed to put anything in it. So in the evening we couldn't get to our soft drinks and liquor. The place is covered with ants in the rooms but nothing in the kitchen and dining room. Would like to see a certificate showing when the place was last treated for bugs.(Pest Control). We had to ask ourselves for milk, coffee and sugar in the evening. We were 3 people but they give us 4 sugars, 2 coffees and 2 milks. We had the same breakfast for 7 days. Cereal flakes (2 different ones), beans, eggs, bacon and the same juice, yogurt, bananas and apples.
