Rockwell Waterkant 1-Bed Apartment offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a modern 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of trendy De Waterkant, within close proximity to the V&A Waterfront, Bo-Kaap, Cape Quarter and the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The 69 square-meter apartment is situated on the second floor in the secure Rockwell building apartment block and comprises 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the bathroom contains a bath and a shower. Soap and shampoo are provided. The open-plan lounge area contains a sleeper couch, and the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, an oven and stove, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The apartment is ideal for couples and small families. Linen and towels are provided.

The balcony offers an ideal relaxation spot and enjoys the morning sun and slight views of the harbour. The apartment is located on the quiet side of the building, facing away from the main street, and is an ideal base from which to explore all Cape Town has to offer.

The apartment block has 24-hour security, secure parking, as well as access to a communal swimming pool and a gym. Guests have access to 1 secure underground parking space. The staff member, Gilbert, will take care of your dishes, washing and cleaning twice a week at no extra charge, and more frequent servicing can be arranged on request. Wi-Fi is also available for a small charge via a 3G modem.

The ground level of the Rockwell building has a coffee shop, and attached is a sushi restaurant and a French restaurant. Please note that the apartment is privately owned within the Rockwell Hotel with 24-hour security and a 24-hour manned reception desk. The apartment is not managed by the hotel.
