Very quiet and peaceful area, can relax, and friendly owners. I would definitely recommend them. Just be aware that if you may be disabled or have very small children, that there are stairs and some steep inclines, but not too few I would book again. My 23 month old son enjoyed himself immensely.

Clean and tidy. Well equipped, except for a difficult corkscrew (for a woman). Second room's mattresses are a bit thin, you lie down. No hanging space for 4 towels, let alone swimming towels? Shower's glass is a bit short, you shower the floor soaking wet, maybe the shower head's pipe could be shortened? The braai light would be good if it was mounted against the other house, currently you braai in your own shadow. A tourist booklet would be good on the coffee table.
We will definitely be back! We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped. Trudie was a great host who assisted with all of our needs.
Owners are absolutely wonderful and the accommodation unit is amazing with everything you need and moreover very neat and beautiful. Is very safe and calm with very little noise. Will definitely stay there again. I personally really enjoyed the beautiful puppy.

We were very pleased with our stay at Roes in Vrede. All the facilities that we needed were there. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. It is not far from shopping centres or beaches. The view for watching a sunset is absolutely amazing. My only suggestion would be a outside shower for when people come back from the beach and to clean their beach goodies. We had a pleasant stay and were welcomed and made comfortable from the day we got there to the day we left. Thank you so much Roes in Vrede. You will definitely be seeing us in the future.

Furnishings worn. Old box TV and free view that mostly battled to even get radio channels. Warm water died in shower day 1, water died on night 6 (property valve?). WiFi (since deleted) as advertised grudgingly available. Braai in sad state. Garden mowers at 06:30 on Saturday. Issues over gate, fence held together with wire.
