We enjoyed our holiday.
Not one of the air conditioners was in working condition. The DStv did not work, not even when we rented our own decoder. When a person looks for certain comforts when looking for accommodation and then arrive and it is not provided it makes for a miserable holiday. Very disappointed and this is the second time.
We were very pleased with the apartment. It is close to everything and very safe. The apartment is separate from the others which was ideal for me. We had a nice holiday there.
Nog nooit so fantastiese woonstel gehuur nie, alles was van die beste. Dankie.
No TV channels to view - carried own decoder and card but fittings not compatible, plumbing needs attention - kitchen sink spout comes out - en suite toilet takes long to fill and drip noise irritable, door to main bedroom does not have a handle on the inside, both sliding doors don't lock, noise from the club at the back of apartment very loud & disturbing & as well as tyre screeching until early hours of the morning.

Breakage Deposit

House rules
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.Strict rules apply to any noise, A fine will be charged for any noise complaints.
- Please note that the R600 admin fee is included in the quote.
- The R1000 refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.

- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
