The accommodation was clean and stocked for purpose. The staff at the rentals office - super friendly and very helpful. It rained the entire weekend but we still managed to stay warm and cozy with 3 fireplaces in the house.

Paternoster is a wonderful destination, and more specifically the accommodation Rondommooi was extremely warm and homely.

Rondommooi certainly lived up to its name - there was beauty all around! The house was close enough to town to walk to quaint gift shops, coffee shops, convenience stores, and the famous Paternoster Hotel, and it was also just a sandy walkway down to the beach! The indoor braai room with its wall-to-wall concertina doors was handy to keep closed when the evening air was too chilly and perfect to open up fully when the sun was hot. The heaters in the bedrooms were really appreciated and kept the bedrooms nice and toasty. We will definitely recommend Rondommooi for a group stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, fully equipped and spacious home. The house offers practical living spaces to keep both adults and teenagers entertained. Definitely on our list of go-to places for our next getaway.

The house has sleeping space for 10 people but only hot water for 3. There was also far too little toilet paper - 3 rolls for 10 people for 3 nights.

We are already booking Rondommooi again for sure. If you are a large group of friends or family, this is the place to book. There is so much space. It's also the first place we've stayed that has everything you need in a kitchen - we were very shocked and happy about that. The only thing we could find wrong is that all the heaters in the rooms do not work - we who were there in winter the house is very cold and rooms even more so. There were also a few leaks, because we got rain on Saturday night, but otherwise great. One other thing is they might put a name on the cottage which would help because we literally had to look at the ash drum that says Rondommooi to know we are at the right place because we were pretty much driving in circles. But really stunning house. With a large group it was just fantastic that we didn't have to be in each other's faces all the time - the house has a lot of space!

The accommodation was well-equipped and spacious. There was a lovely braai room that was enclosed and you could use in all weather conditions. The kitchen was well-equipped and had enough storage space. The extra fridge/freezer in the braai room was also great. The location of the property was excellent and it was near to the beautiful paternoster beach. The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the weekend. The issues that need attention is the kitchen sink that is leaking and this led to a mop up session on the Saturday morning. Also just worth noting is the en-suite shower in the twin bedroom also led to a lot of mopping after use due to the design of the shower. The owners should also consider getting Wi-Fi for the property. If you have a family with young children you need to keep in mind that two of the bedrooms that are upstairs have steep stairs (one in main house and one in flat) and is not suitable for very young children. It is also important to keep in mind that the upstairs bedrooms (one double and one twin) are as mentioned loft bedrooms and open with steep stairs leading up from the main kitchen (main house) and the kitchenette/lounge area (flat).

Upon arrival we first had to find where to get keys. Only 2 towels in a unit for 4 people. Only 1 coffee cup for 4 persons. Alarm remote's batteries were flat which meant the alarm could not be disarmed. The response unit was there every now and then.

Cute little place, but some suggestions to make your stay more pleasant. Possibly another toilet and shower. The Trellidor doors only have 1 key, but there are 5 doors. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper instead of 2 and on top of that I had to give the neighbors some of my own toilet paper because there wasn't any for them. I also had to give them a black bag because there wasn't one for them.
