Situated 5 km from Citrusdal, at the foothills of the Cederberg, Rooibos @ Wolfkop Nature Reserve is one of 8 cottages on a 450-hectare reserve. Boasting incredible views of the Olifants River valley and a platter of outdoor activities, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle.

This cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size bed and the main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bathroom also has a shower. Crisp white linen and bath towels are provided.

The living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table and a lounge with comfy seating and a TV which is a great spot for guests to relax with a book.

Additionally, this dining space has an indoor braai. Through the sliding doors is a covered wooden deck with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is the perfect place for guests to unwind with a sundowner in the evening. This patio leads down to a wood-burning hot tub and a splash pool for those hot summer days.

While on the reserve, guests can enjoy stargazing without the light pollution or spot a variety of animal life from duikers to porcupines and tortoises. Depending on the time of year, there are various flowers in bloom. A canoe is available for hire at Wolfkop Camping.
