Roosenwijn is perfectly located with secure parking. Friendly and fast service, tidy room and a nice breakfast.

The guest house was located very near the town and restaurants and we did not need a car. We felt very safe walking around and also going out in the evenings felt safe.

I had the single room. It's really small, but good enough for my purposes (only one night stay). Very neat little room, nice bathroom, good linen. Reception was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, breakfast doesn't start until 7:00, which is a bit late for me. I got a breakfast pack instead of the breakfast. I will book again.

I had arranged in advance to use my room earlier in order to prepare for an appointment. My room was nicely chilled and ready when I got there.

Roosenwijn is certainly a beautiful, characterful place, centrally located and affordable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Something that can be added in the room is a wall plug for a hair dryer near a mirror and a sharper light by a mirror or in the bathroom.

You have decorated the house beautifully, stately and peaceful here next to the rippling watefoor. You just feel like you are living in a house. You people are super friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Excellent location just on the edge of town centre, you can walk to everything. I suggest in the summer you ask every guest who checks in if they want mosquito repellent because we are very bothered in the evening.
It's location is absolutely central for someone like me who just wants to be in the center of town with everything within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful. The room had everything needed, such as air conditioning. Safe parking and a nice breakfast.
The guest house has wooden floors that makes a noise when people check-in after hours and you are sleeping. There is no liquor license so no wine next to the pool. Maybe you can bring your own.
My 8-year-old daughter and I stayed alone at Roosenwijn. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and everything was clean and tidy. It is also very safe. We will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed the guest house, very comfortable bed, lots of space, comfortable bathroom and pleasant atmosphere, no provision was made to collect shower water for alternative use. Power points are poorly placed.

It was our second stay at Roosenwijn. A lovely, centrally located guest house with very friendly service. The rooms are nice and luxurious. Breakfast is top notch. The skylights are very special (rooms 3 and 4). I can highly recommend them!

Very centrally located, friendly service, everything I needed.
The staff were very pleasant and booking in took just one minute. I was disappointed with the single room I had requested as it was definitely not the same room as pictured online. There was hardly room to turn around in the tiny space. I was offered another room which was very suitable. I would definitely recommend this B&B. The buffet breakfast was most enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the delightful decor in the rooms and hotel. Check-in was friendly and helpful and we would definitely come back again. Our room was obviously facing the road so it did get noisy late at night but I guess that goes with staying in a "student" town.
