Yolandi from Rose & Ivy doesn't just go the extra mile, she goes six! Everything was done with love and an excellent eye. I can highly recommend Rose & Ivy Guest House.
Yolandi is a gem and upon moving in we felt at home and comfortable. The cottages are stunningly beautiful and clean and I haven't had such a nice stay in a long time. One feels like royalty at Rose & Vine.
Love the garden layout, think it was a nursery. What a gem between somewhere and nowhere, very clean house. Linens are cleanly covered, everything you need is in the house, well thought out, don't want to give the summary because then I won't find a place to sleep over.
On the way to Kruger National Park, half way stop. You can arrange for groceries in the fridge for a delicious self-catering barbecue and breakfast.
I stayed in the Lavender self-catering unit. This accommodation contains everything and more that you would expect to find at home, and even an overwhelmingly fully stocked fridge and pantry supplies. Tastefully decorated in the French country theme, all accouterments are catered for. Notably, there is lighting back-up during load shedding, however, take note that because of a pressure pump for hot water requirements, you need to schedule your shower/bath times accordingly. A real gem in the country, definitely on my repeat list.
A romantic guest house with everything to make your stay unforgettable and more. Rose and Ivy guest house is one of the best places to stay for us. Would have loved to stay a little bit longer.
The fridge and unit are fully stocked with food and drink which facilitates the decision making process. Excellently equipped and very well looked after. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

We really had an awesome time. Our host Yolandi was super friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect, from the decor to the cleanliness of the entire home. We felt right at home and the kids enjoyed exploring the garden. We will definitely be staying here again. The cottage has a lovely farmhouse feel. Photos posted don't even compare to the real thing, it's awesome.

Yolandi already makes you feel welcome if you're still on your way there by sending a video pointing the way. Everything inside the unit is of high quality, clean and there are little things that make your stay more comfortable. There are even goodies in the fridge. Their gardens are beautiful and even more beautiful in the evening with all the lights on. We will definitely want to come here again, thank you again for the unforgettable time we were able to spend there.

We have stayed in hundreds of places most of them were nicely furnished, clean with quality linen and beds, this unit has it all with beautiful gardens, peaceful area and deserves 5 stars, but this is where I wish I could give more than 5 for friendly reception and special attention. There was lunch ready in the fridge, a variety of beer and soft drinks, breakfast foods, sweets, chocolates and absolutely everything and anything else! The unit is a bit out of town so it's truly a treat that a self-catering unit already has stock. I was also impressed with the quantity and quality of the breakware. Well done, Yolandi.
Stunning hostess! Inside and outside! Nice spacious open plan place. Clean and neat! Quiet and private. The biggest bonus was a bath sheet! There are always such silly towels in guesthouses. We always struggle to get decent accommodation in the area. It's usually very basic. This is luxurious and more than enough value for money. We will definitely stay with Rose & Ivy again!
