The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has a large sash window overlooking the luscious garden which is perfect for the morning lie-ins. The second and third bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed offering guests a high-quality stay. Guests share the use of the bathroom that is fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. There is also a small flat with a private entrance, 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.

In the living room, guests can settle on the comfy couches in front of the TV that offers access to Netflix, Showmax, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, and Mubi. The living room opens up to a secluded tranquil garden courtyard. The inside-outside flow adds to Rosehaven's charm. Leading from the living room is the kitchen equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, basic crockery, and cutlery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, the house spoils with a washing machine and a lovely Dover wood-fired stove keeping the kitchen cosy all year around.

The view from the patio is spectacular with views from the densely treed and rose-filled garden, stretching over the town to distant wheatfields.

The patio opens up to the courtyard which has a large braai, which, together with the plunge pool, creates a lovely holiday feeling. The expansive garden area allows each guest to pick their own spot to spend some time reading, watching the birds, or enjoying the flowers. This property offers safe parking in a double garage and additional off-street.
