20 guests' feedbackPleasant overnight stay in a large, comfortable room with a very good breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.
The neighborhood does not feel safe at all. The room is very small with no shower. No coffee or regular tea in the rooms or at breakfast. Had to go get coffee somewhere special. No breakfast porridge or fruit juice. Very late breakfast. If you have a guest house during the week you must offer breakfast at least 6:00 or maybe even 6:30.
Beautiful establishment in a surprising quiet area. Friendly reception, spacious and very clean room. Scrumptious breakfast prepared and served by the host herself. Close to Entambeni Hospital and St Augustines Hospital and within 10km from Springfield Park Shopping, The Pavillion Mall etc. Will definitely support them again.

Delia, our hostess. made us feel very welcome with her kindness and warm personality and we immediately felt at home. Our room was on the top floor and it was spacious with a single bed and a double bed, tastefully furnished with old furniture dating back to early history. Had a delicious breakfast with friendly service, carefully prepared. Just a pity we couldn't stay longer, we would have loved to. But who knows, maybe we'll see them again one day. Thank you very much.

A lovely place.
Located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are phenomenal in their perception of their guests. Transport can be a problem as taxi costs are high. Safe neighborhood to walk and use public transportation, which I highly recommend. Restaurants, within walking distance, that offer value for money.
We had a great time, no complaints whatsoever. The owners were super friendly and great to chat to. We will definitely go there again if/when we are in the neighborhood.
Roseland House was great. Very friendly staff and very helpful!
I personally feel that Roseland guest house is a perfect holiday accommodation for everybody, including parents with kids. Two warm swimming pools on different sides of the property makes it perfect to split up groups to minimize noise. Breakfast was perfect and the service was just amazing. Keep the good work guys.
