My stay at Royal Pelican was a disappointment. The room is as advertised. The room next door's aircon was so noisy that I did not get much sleep. It sounded like a main battle tank starting up. I eventually gave up, packed my stuff, and took a nap in my vehicle at my designated workplace. If you intend to use the braai facility, I think you should let them know in advance so they can clean off the dust and remove the animal droppings from the braai furniture. The TV and WiFi are top notch. In essence, my rate paid for a place to prepare a meal and shower.
I was received very kindly. It's a very cute and cozy place. The owners made me feel very welcome and pointed out all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again.
Pleasantly surprised with the place. Very clean and tidy, peaceful atmosphere. Close to the Mall, sea and places to eat. Will definitely use them again.

Our stay at Royal Pelican was okay but it would have been better if we were told to bring our own kitchen towels and soap, It wasn't easy at all to use the kitchen without those things and clothes iron as well, otherwise it was a right place.
