The environment is terrible and you only sleep with one eye open, because you might walk home tomorrow. I was moved to 2 different rooms due to the aircon that didn't work and still didn't work and I just accepted it. I lay awake until 1 o'clock the next morning because the noise of the other residents and management did not pay attention to it and allowed it. So think three times before you look at the 3-star hotel.
The location is not located at all, one does not feel safe when driving in the area, furthermore the receptionist was not helpful at all when we arrived. On the second night, another lady, who was helpful, was breastfeeding in the open. The premises are not wheelchair friendly. The swimming pool was used all day by people who were not even staying at the hotel. The WiFi password was not given to us, even less was the password in the room. We should have asked for towels and toilet paper ourselves when we got to the room. On the second night we had to ask for additional toilet paper. There was a kettle and cups, but no instant coffee, sugar or milk. We were given one small bar of soap for the two nights, no shampoo or cream. Bedside tables etc. is old and dilapidated. Water damage that caused the splinter wood to crack.
I had a good time and thank you to the front desk lady for welcoming me in.
Great value for money but consider improving TV channels.
