This is our second time booking Rustique and we will stay there again every time. Love the place and big lawn where our boy can run around.
Good stay. Nice, clean and tidy.
The gas geyser only provides hot water for about 1 minute, then it is ice cold. In winter it is bad to take a cold shower.
Very nice sleepover, thank you.
No TV, no cleaning service during stay. No microwave in room, no plates knives and forks.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Rustique. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Lucinda received us so kindly upon our arrival and we immediately felt at home. She even made us a reservation for dinner, which came in very handy as the restaurants in the area don't stay open late, and were quickly booked up. There is also an option for breakfast if guests would like it. We were truly impressed! The Wood room offers all the basics one could need. It's comfortable and well appointed. Rustic lives up to the name!
Perfect place in Graskop with really neat, safe accommodation. Will definitely be back again.
The hostess was great. They make you extremely nauseous.
Provide snacks that show they go out of their way to make you comfortable. Also went out of their way to find restaurant etc. to recommend.
Wow! It had been a fantastic ass-kicking night. Upon arrival we were immediately welcomed, the owners even directed us to a very nice place to eat! On Sunday morning we were surprised with a basket containing a juice, a fruit and a pack of cookies each! We also consulted Lucinda about what sights we could see on the way back to Johannesburg. She was so nice and gave us a road map and explained. The guest house is clean and tidy, with nature's background! Definitely recommend her to anyone!
The renovated garage we slept in has no space for you to unpack at all. Really inconvenient. We had to unpack everything onto the floor. The renovated outside rooms where the rest of our family stayed was so small that there was no space to put down your suitcase. The communal area was dangerous for small children with a high stoep and no railings - is something like this even allowed? The provision of a small food basket - breakfast is not included - is a nice thought.

Value for money accommodation near Mpumalanga's tourist attraction destinations. We particularly enjoyed the electric blanket they had as we were visiting in winter and it kept us warm. Loved the to go breakfast we had that gave us energy in the morning to start the day. Owner, Lucinda, was very friendly and helpful. Premises were clean and decor very warm and welcoming.
Lucinda is a fantastic hostess who immediately makes you feel at home and comfortable. The location is perfect for the surrounding attractions and the accommodation is a winner with value for money!
The room was beautifully done and felt very comfortable. The location is perfect and everyone was very friendly, from helpful travel tips to checking in and making sure we were doing alright. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Awesome service! The host gave us great destination advice and places to see. She was really friendly and very helpful! The unit was beautiful, I would definitely recommend it, but I would recommend the one unit that stands alone and not next to other units. Some guests can be a bit loud ... but it was a great experience!
If you can at least make the chair/sofa inside the room available and something where someone can put her luggage. Increase the number of the plugs because sometimes it is cold and at the same time your phone needs to be charged.
I suspect we got a different room than the one shown on the web. It was clean and tidy and people very hospitable. Thought it was a bit expensive for what was on offer. Bathroom not up to standard either. Braai area a plus and for the purpose of overnight only it can work. As for LekkeSlaap I was very impressed with the discussion and communication of details from time to time! Will definitely use LekkeSlaap again.
