Chloe was an excellent hostess and communicated the load shedding times and information all the time. Nice and private with own entrance and parking area. Neat and comfortable space. Very good value for money, would recommend to anyone anytime!
The owner is very rude, I was treated in a very unprofessional manner, there was not even a single form of customer service.
Can recommend the unit to anyone. It is close to shops and malls. Very friendly and helpful people with good hearts. I felt very welcome. There was even coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the fridge. Also shampoo and shower gel in the shower with clean towels. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you for letting me stay there.

The place is nice and the owner is friendly and helpful. I had issues with the shower temperature, unfortunately, it goes from cold to very hot with a slight twist of the knob. I came very close to burning myself in the shower.
Only downside I can highlight is the shower window has no curtain or blind in front - so passers-by can see through the window if you are standing outside the shower drying off.
Owners should provide internet and DStv, but at the same time they will have to increase the accommodation fees.
Was at Rynie and Chloe's Self Care Unit for three weeks and truly felt like home. There were more than enough facilities for me and I really enjoyed my stay! I am very grateful to the owners who kept me regularly updated with load shedding possibilities.
I liked the privacy the owners gave me, and it is a quiet area. I would definitely recommend the unit to any individual traveller that is visiting the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, whether it is for business and/or educational reasons - the unit and the environment as a whole will suit your needs. Very hospitable owners. My stay here of a little more than two months was really pleasant. The people make you feel at home almost as if it were your own home without intruding on your privacy. When I have to be in the Cape again they will be my first choice.

I made a reservation for my brother to stay here. Monica was not only very helpful and prompt with communication, she was also extremely friendly and went out of her way to make my brother's stay as comfortable as possible. The self-catering unit is well maintained, tidy and private. The area is peaceful; a neighborhood in which you can feel comfortable walking, or a quick drive to the nearest shopping centre, e.g. Tiger Valley (less than 10 min away). I would recommend anyone to stay here.
