Thanks for a great stay, I would just mention that the rooms ceiling fans were not very efficient, the master bedroom ceiling fan needs to be replaced mind you. But the aircon in the living area helped a lot.

Nice place to stay. The problem was that the putt-putt was not available for use.

On arrival we had to wait until 16:30 as our apartment had not been cleaned yet. Not nice when you have travelled 7 hours. I specifically requested a ground floor unit or a unit accessible by a lift as my husband has a broken leg. I was assured by Caro from Just Property that ours (407) was a ground unit and that there is a lift. This unit was not on the ground floor and the lift goes to the floor but as this is the last unit on that level several sets of stairs had to be negotiated to get to the unit. There was no way to get to the unit without stairs. This was a huge problem for us as the only way my husband could enter and exit was by a full flight of stairs. This placed considerable stain on him (and the rest of the family). The bedding setup was not correct. I requested two rooms with double beds and one with two single beds but there was two rooms with single beds and one with a double bed. When I requested that the single beds be put together in one room and double bed bedding supplied, housekeeping came very late to do so, and took away the bedding and pillows for the single beds in the children's room as well. We could only get pillows and bedding for the boys the day after arrival. The housekeeper also said that we would have to pay extra for this service, which I disputed as I specified our needs beforehand. Microwave was dirty inside. The fitted sheets do not fit the mattresses properly. Deep 28-30cm mattress cannot use a standard sheet. For the price of the unit one would expect that the bedding at least fit properly. Cleaning staff just opened the front door without knocking and just walked in. Proper training is needed. Wall plug in the main bedroom at the dressing table not working. Air-con vouchers was not available after hours when the office was closed. Overall a lovely place but service needs much to be desired. Letting agents are clearly not aware of the setup and needs to visit the premises before making promises.
