7 guests' feedbackApartment is one word - perfect! Safe, nicest view, clean and definitely a must. Reception was friendly and very helpful.
Water was a bit of a problem. Would love to play music while grilling. That was a bit of an issue. If you go as young people, you still want to listen to music and be social. Don't go crazy now. Rest of the holiday was a lot of fun. Thank you.
We really like the location and have never had a problem until now on last visit. Would happily recommend but not after last visit. One evening my friends come to visit, walk out the front door with them, together with 2 small children, a show is thrown on the table in front of our bedroom windows and front door in that area where we can actually hang out and where children can play. 2 half-naked ladies on the table dancing and taking pictures. Poor children closed their eyes. Many men sitting and watching was very unpleasant situation. Usually I go alone with my daughters, doubt I will do it again. Very sad but made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Where the security to avoid such situations and send them to their private units. No man. Yes, very sorry that it had to happen now.
View over the sea is amazing!
We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very modern and well equipped. The view is breathtaking and a very spacious balcony. Would just love if a washing machine was available or similar services at the unit.

House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
