The facility is beautiful, but there are a few issues that needs attention. Only one toilet roll was placed for the weekend. No complimentary soap for bathrooms. The flat wasn't cleaned over the weekend. Cleaning of the stove and the cupboards were shocking. Put-put charges are R10 per game, compared to other facilities where it is for free. Reception staff on Saturday was very unfriendly. For such a beautiful facility the electrical appliances are substandard. The Braai wasn't cleaned after the first night. We had to check out at 08:00, the industry standard is10:00. At 08:00 nobody was at reception.

House rules
- Aircon tokens are used in the lounge and are available at R50 a token. This must be arranged prior to arrival and will not be available after 16:00. How long a token lasts depends on the usage.- Please note that no wood is allowed to be used on the built-in braai, only charcoal is allowed.
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
