First of all, we got a very clean apartment. Neil was very helpful and hospitable. Everything was perfect as we wanted it. Unfortunately we only slept over and had to leave early again, but will definitely use the apartment again.

Quiet and cosy place
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and there is only one bathroom with a shower. The apartment does not feel very private because there are stairs inside the apartment that are directly connected to the host's home and it felt like I could not put on my nightwear and relax. Arranged in advance that we would arrive very late and arrive late and still I received a very short call before 9pm from the host to ask when we were coming now. And on arrival, the host came to greet us in his nightwear. We are accustomed to much more professional service. Only upon arrival were we informed that there was no card facility and we had to bring cash to pay. Check the rate for the apartment per night and note that the system-indicated rate is per room only.
I booked at Salve for a weekend, for my family who came to visit me over the weekend. The service was extremely bad. The owner of the place welcomed us with a scary dog and kept on addressing us as "you people", which felt so uncomfortable. The remote keys and sliding door were not working properly on the first day and the owner didn’t do anything about it even after we reported. On second day, the owner locked the gate and there was no access to the building, the remote couldn’t work, it could only flicker the red indicator but not open. We tried to contact the owner several times with no response. Later he appeared and asked what’s wrong with an arrogant tone and he was not even remorseful about the treatment he gave us. So this place its a no no!
Was very comfortable and will definitely use Salve again.

The unit has everything you need for self-catering. The lock up garage and full DSTV were a bonus. The only critique would be that the unit was too hot (small windows). Aircon would definitely help, as the current fan is too small.

Beautiful apartment with great service and very spacious.
The accommodation is more than sufficient for us. Always tidy and everything in its place. All I can recommend is to replace the couch in the living room, as well as the single bed. My 30 year old son usually comes along and then the bed is a bit snug and not so comfortable. Furthermore, we are very satisfied. The screen doors in front of the windows and security gate at the sliding door will make the stay even better. If it is that hot and you want to open the door, you will feel safer if there is a safety gate.
I would like to recommend that better directions to the entrance and office are given that indicate exactly where guests should go and park upon arrival. The owner was not happy that we had walked to the wrong gate which was opened by his mother-in-law (by mistake as we understood him). He checked in later in the afternoon to make the stay more comfortable. But next time I will stay elsewhere in Sinoville. I will recommend Salve, but make sure you knock at the right door!

We spent the night there for a long period for the second time and are very satisfied with the stay. Everything is clean and tidy and kept that way at all times. Towels and sheets are changed regularly. Host and hostess are friendly, loving and considerate. Our little dog always comes along and has his own private little garden to walk in. This place is highly recommended by us.

The sink in the kitchen is not practical. You have to lean far to use the sink and this is very uncomfortable. The living room, bedroom and bathroom are practical and neat. The standing fan in the living room also helped a lot to make the heat more bearable.

Accommodation in a very quiet and tidy area and private. In the evening, I could sit around a barbecue fire and visit and relax.
