This apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with Netflix and Disney Plus. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. This unit is also equipped with a 5KW inverter for load shedding that should run the whole villa during 2 hour power outages.
This living area opens onto a covered balcony with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner while admiring the views. Guests are afforded secure parking in the complex.
The estate is located close to the beach which has a lovely tidal pool for the summer. Guests also have full access to the estate’s other amenities such as a hotel with a spa, a restaurant and a bar as well as direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

1 guests' feedbackOur stay was great and the villa was spotless. Very neat and hygienic. The WiFi signal is strong and great for working from the villa in the evening. It would have been nice to receive the basics in terms of coffee sachets or tea and perhaps a small milk just for arrival. However, there is a shop where you can buy everything that you need. Beds were super comfortable.

House rules
Vehicle entry permit will be deducted from Breakage Deposit: R20 per day per vehicle for the first 3 days.Ensure you have a valid car and driver's license to enter the Estate.

Pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays in the check-in process.
Guests are to bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwashing tablets if your villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished: soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.
Please Note: We do not accept cash on the estate.
Late Departure: A fee of R400 will be deducted from your breakage deposit if you depart after 10 am.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in villas. A R1000 fine will be levied for any violations.
No Overcrowding: Exceeding the villa's maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees.
Monkeys: Lock all doors and windows before leaving your villa to prevent monkey access.
Refundable Breakage Deposit: Guests are required to check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the R1500 breakage deposit and replaced at the guest's expense. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, clients must cover the difference within 30 days after departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any letting due to damage or disturbance.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the estate.
Liability: We accept no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, limitations, travel restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.
Emergency Cancellation: Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with appropriate proof submitted to VR management.
Daily service between 08:00-14:00. Towels are changed every 2nd day only and linen every 5th day (Standard Villas do not receive daily services, only linen and a towel change every 5th day )
