Please note that only the number of guests booked is allowed to make use of the premises, and day visitors are not allowed.
An entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included in the rate. Any extra vehicles will be charged an additional cost per vehicle.
Armbands for beach entry are available at an additional cost per person.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
The villa is not suitable for pets.
A daily service is only provided during December / January school holidays. During the rest of the year, a linen change will only be arranged for stays of longer than 5 days. Should you require additional services, please let us know as this can be arranged for your own account.
Guests may not sublet this property.
The estate does not allow motorcycles unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the estate.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.

South Africa is experiencing consistent loadshedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. The estate is not able to predict these events and this is out of their control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and therefore the owners can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that water supply cannot be predicted, guests will be notified should there be an expected problem. San Lameer can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
