The air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, while bedrooms 3 and 4 are equipped with 2 single beds in each room. The fifth bedroom is located in an external flatlet adjacent to the house and includes a king-size bed with its own bathroom and kitchenette. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have en-suite bathrooms while bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. There are both bath and shower facilities available in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, tumble dryer and a washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. Guests should remember to bring their own login details.
The living area opens up onto a patio area which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities.
Unlimited Wi-Fi and an inverter is available to keep the lights, fridges and water pump running during loadshedding. A backup water tank, as well as 'n 2-plate gas stove is also provided.

2 guests' feedbackVilla is well-equipped and very comfortable for a large group. The water storage tanks and inverter system ensured no disruption to supply ensuring our stay was most enjoyable. The San Lameer estate offered ample activities for the whole family.
We had a wonderful time staying at this unit in San Lameer. The space was perfect for our family, with more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Our kids absolutely loved it here - they had plenty to do, and the surroundings were beautiful. The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic braai area where we spent many enjoyable evenings. The Wi-Fi was also reliable, which was a nice bonus. The only slight downside was that the unit is a bit close to the road, so we could hear the highway at times when the wind was blowing in the right direction. However, this didn’t detract from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great getaway on the South Coast!

House rules
The unit can accommodate 10 persons as per estate rules.Additional fees not included in quote and billed separately:
Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price.
Any additional vehicles will be charged at R160 per vehicle.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.

Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.

Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping included, but not on Sundays or Public Holidays [extra services can be arranged on guest's account].
Please take note that the assigned housekeeper shall undertake the washing and drying of personal laundry items for guests on a daily basis, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. It is our preference that the designated housekeeper exclusively utilizes the laundry machines, and it is explicitly agreed upon that she shall ensure the laundry room remains securely locked at all times when she is not at the property. Upon conclusion of her responsibilities each Saturday, the housekeeper is required to place a portable drying rack outside the laundry room. This facility may be utilized by guests until Monday, when regular operations resume.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
