The villa is conveniently located within easy reach of 2 freshwater swimming pools, restaurants, a library, and a convenience store in the complex. Nearby is the Blue Flag main beach with 24-hour security, shark nets to ensure safe swimming, and lifeguards.

House rules
Only the number of guests on the confirmed booking will be allowed to stay at the property as per the rules of the estate.
Additional linen and bath towels can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
The complex does not allow motorcycles unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the estate.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
An entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included in the rate but any additional vehicles will be charged an additional cost per vehicle.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
The house is not suitable for pets.
A cleaning service is available once a week. A daily cleaning service is only provided during the December/January school holidays. During the rest of the year, a linen change will only be arranged for stays of longer than 5 days. Should you require additional services, please let us know as this can be arranged for your own account.
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.

South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.
The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can’t control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem.
Please note we can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances mentioned, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
