The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed on request, and a shower over bath, en-suite with a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A breakfast bar provides seating for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.
The living area opens up onto a patio area which has an outdoor dining table and braai facilities.
The villa is equipped with a water tank and inverter for the TV and DStv .

4 guests' feedbackWe had a lovely stay in San Lameer Villa 1902. The villa is nicely central and the small pond in front provides a nice tranquility with frogs, crabs, fish and birds. The villa is well equipped and although the interior area is a bit cramped, the sofa and chair on the outside patio is a winner!
Garage could not be used due to a random door. No alternative secure parking. Carpet in the cramped living area is very dirty and smells bad. Curtains in the living area are partially off the track. No wall plug nearby to plug in a hair dryer. Construction debris next to the wooden gate leading to the grass lies under a weathered rug. Small pond next to the wooden deck has no circulation, apparently due to a broken pump. This poses a health risk. The management of the accommodation was great and attended to our problem immediately and even moved us to another unit.
Great family destination.
Need a new ironing board. Need extra light in the veranda area.

House rules
Ensure you have a valid car and driver's license to enter the Estate.Please note that you will not be granted access to the estate until your account is paid in full.

Pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays in the check-in process.
Guests are to bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwashing tablets if your villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided upon arrival but will not be replenished: soap, toilet paper and dishwashing liquid.
Please Note: We do not accept cash on the estate.
Late Departure: A fee of R400 will be deducted from your breakage deposit if you depart after 10 am.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in villas. A R1000 fine will be levied for any violations.
No Overcrowding: Exceeding the villa's maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees.
Monkeys: Lock all doors and windows before leaving your villa to prevent monkey access.
Refundable Breakage Deposit: Guests are required to check the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, accounting for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the R1500 breakage deposit and replaced at the guest's expense. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, clients must cover the difference within 30 days after departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any letting due to damage or disturbance.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the estate.
Liability: We accept no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, limitations, travel restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.
Emergency Cancellation: Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies with appropriate proof submitted to VR management.
Daily service between 08:00 and 14:00, except Sundays. No daily services are offered on a Sunday. Towels are changed every 2nd day only and linen every 5th day (Standard Villas do not receive daily services, only linen and a towel change every 5th day).
