The villa can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 extra child below the age of 6 years, and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains a tri-bunk bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine and tumble-dryer, a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels and uncapped, free Wi-Fi.
The living area opens up onto the balcony which has outdoor furniture with a braai and views of the estate's lagoon. The villa is serviced during peak seasons, but limited services in low season. Should you want to have the villa serviced, please enquiry on the rates.
The facility is equipped with a portable 1800 W power station designed to mitigate the impact of load shedding. This versatile power source can effectively operate essential appliances, including television and Wi-Fi connectivity, among others but no high-load appliances.

We had a family get-together and enjoyed everything Sanlameer has to offer. The restaurants and food were great. The direct access to the beach is fantastic.
We can really recommend Villa 1916, everything was perfect. Just remember to close all the windows for the naughty monkeys. We will definitely go again.
The unit was tidy and everything works as it should. We really enjoyed our stay at San Lameer. The unit is excellently located, close to the hotel and walking distance from the beach. Lots of activities for young and old. We will definitely go again.
We had a great stay, the villa was clean and tidy on arrival and everything was as expected.
We enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very clean and newly painted. The location of the villa is very central with easy access to the hotel pool and amenities. The only issue we had was that the stove top was faulty and needs to be fixed.
Air-conditioner downstairs did not work properly, bedrooms downstairs are so hot to sleep in. Several windows do not open (presumably are damaged - stickers on them to not open). Both showers leaked (even with low pressure). Bathmats are old and need to be replaced. Floor tiles in the kitchen/lounge area need a good scrub. Good location, central, San Lameer facilities all good.
Would definitely recommend, unit is comfortably furnished with friendly staff.

House rules
ADDITIONAL FEES:Entrance fees for two vehicles are included in the price.
Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
Linen are provided and only replaced for stays of longer then five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Selective Dstv channels included.
Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday's only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season (Long weekends and School Holidays): Serviced everyday, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.

ESTATE HOUSE RULES
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term & conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
CANCELLATIONS:
Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
South Africa is experiencing consistent loadshedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. The estate is not able to predict these events and this is out of their control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and therefore the owners can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that water supply cannot be predicted, guests will be notified should there be an expected problem.
San Lameer can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
