The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms both contain 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a dishwasher is located within the kitchen, while the washer and dryer are located in the storeroom within the apartment. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Uncapped WIFI also available.
The patio is halfway covered with a dining table and build in braai with exquisite views of the estate. One covered parking bay is provided for your vehicle.
The villa is located on the first floor and all the rooms are on one level. Situated in a prime position being close to the Hotel amenities such as the swimming pools, restaurant/bar, spa, tennis/squash courts and the shop.

Great unit. Just needs a can opener.
The one room is much smaller than shown in the photographs.
We enjoyed it very much.
Weather was great. San Lameer amenities are wonderful. Resort is well-maintained. Would have been helpful to have candles and candle holders for load shedding and to be told that the water needs to be turned on. Other than that it was a great stay.
The bathrooms and third bedroom need an upgrade and the main bedroom shutter sticks so it's too dark and a little claustrophobic.
Everything was good. Only thing was that the monkeys were jumping in and we couldn't leave anything open. Load shedding 3x a day was not good.

House rules
The unit can accommodate 6 persons as per estate rules.Additional fees not included in quote and billed separately:
Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price.
Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Non-Smoking Unit.
No Pets Allowed.
Housekeeping:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season or Long weekends and School Holidays are serviced every day, except for Sundays and public holidays.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
You are not allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will only be signed out to the Surname confirmed with our agent.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.
The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality.
It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem.
We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
