The lounge area leads out to a spacious covered patio that overlooks the estate gardens, with a nearby small river that adds to the tranquillity of the villa setting. The patio has a built-in braai and a Weber with outdoor furniture. Uncapped Wi-Fi is also available.
The villa is serviced daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Guest must please bring along their own towels.

Fantastic place, we had a great stay and relaxed. Will recommend for sure.
Parking is incredibly difficult, especially getting into that corner with a double cab and the vehicle next to it is also large. Can clearly see there have been vehicles scraped against the wall. Window in bathroom is marked not to open, but there is no other ventilation, so unfortunately there is no choice but to open window. Cleaner was amazing.

Great break with our children! Safe and relaxing! The villa is beautifully clean and the cleaning services every day are a great treat! More lighting in the kitchen and rooms would be a bonus. Will definitely visit Villa 2110 again!
Really enjoyed the unit, it was very clean and quite recently redone, air conditioner in master bedroom needs attention, it makes a lot of noise, the TV could also be replaced. The single beds in the second bedroom could also be replaced, but other than that it is a very comfortable unit, very clean and tidy, good service, quite close to the beach. You just need to know your story to park in the unit's parking lot. But I would definitely recommend the unit.
Villa was renovated not too long ago but shows poorly. Closets hanging. Cabinet pulls loose. Villa is poorly equipped and also with the cheapest. Pans are burnt black and cannot be used. Was very disappointed.
We had a great time in Villa 2110. The stoep offers a nice meeting area with a nice view and a nice braai facility.
We had a very nice stay, the bedding and towels are neat and are changed regularly, the kitchen is well equipped and the porch lovely. Cleaning services are also very good. The couch in the TV room is a bit pushed through, so it's not the most comfortable, the braai's grill can only stay at one height, if you move it lower, the grill lifts.
Unit does not look like pictures show, sofas have bed covers on them, not comfortable at all. Pay extra for your vehicle for parking daily! Absolutely ridiculous. Second room has no curtains or blinds, have to go outside to push wooden shutter to have privacy in room, then it's so dark, the light must be on all the time!
A lovely little chalet, has everything you need for a family holiday. Great outside braai area, it's also on the ground floor. We will be back to this chalet in the future.

Had a very nice stay in the unit. Clean, neat and location ideal in the resort. Parking is not suitable for a bakkie or SUV and no visitor parking is close by as an alternative.
We had a relaxing and comfortable stay in Villa 2110 at San Lameer. We would definitely choose that Villa again. Very inviting and relaxing.
Villa 2110, San Lameer exceeded our expectations, the accommodation was exceptional, very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady was great and we can't complain about anything. The only problem was the parking for the specific villa, very difficult to drive in and out, especially if a large vehicle parked next to it, my vehicle scraped against a pillar.
San Lameer has been our family holiday destination since I was a teenager for years! I am now 46 and still I experience the same thrill and exuberance I did as a young girl! San Lameer is a all-in-one, exclusive and beautiful resort, that caters for everyone's needs in the family! The resort is always in immaculate condition, with safe and beautiful surroundings, warm and friendly staff and well-maintained facilities! We need more seating at the two pool deck areas at the main hotel perhaps, to cater for those windy but hot sunny days when the beach is not pleasant at all. The chalet was well maintained and in clean and safe condition and the friendly and trustworthy maintenance staff, is such a great peace-of-mind! Thank you for the holiday programme and the Christmas market, your friendly hospitality staff, the warm reception at arrival and your nice Superette and Take-Aways shop next to the beach! We love San Lameer and cannot wait for our December/January stay this year!
Our time at Villa 2110 was fantastic. It's a neat, clean unit. The bathroom and kitchen are modern. I can really recommend this unit for couples and families with children. The location is private, overlooking a large lawn with stream and the animals of the estate come for a walk in the mornings. You don't lack anything. The kitchen is basically fully equipped and the furniture is in good condition. I wouldn't be surprised if this is a popular unit to rent as we will definitely be going back again!
We were very impressed with our accommodation. All the rooms had aircons, everything was modern and very neat. We would definitely stay at Villa 2110 again. We highly recommend it.
We were very happy overall and the housing was neat, safe, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the unit right next to us was being upgraded and builders were very disruptive all the time and we had little or no privacy. Men moved around all day, eating right in front of our unit, chatting and even washing and undressing in our parking area. They also used the power sources of our unit for their machinery. My wife and children were always uncomfortable because of that. Nevertheless, we made the most of it and enjoyed it.
There is lots to do and not a lot of time for sitting still.
I had a great stay. Love the area around the hotel, restaurant and bar. Security is excellent.

Housekeeping:
Does a standard service on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays during the low-season. In mid-high season, the unit is serviced every day, except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Take note that long weekends and public-school holidays are included in the mid-season.
Additional services can be arranged at an extra cost, please notify us beforehand. This amount can also be deducted from the refundable breakage deposit.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming.
The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality.
It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem.
We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
