9 guests' feedbackVilla 2200 was very safe, well equipped and the cleaning services convenient. The parking has a difficult location during a busy holiday and a little more privacy when you want to hang out outside would be ideal. Might also prefer bedding without any stains in the future, although it was still clean. Nice accommodation for those who are out all day and want to use it more for sleeping accommodation only.
Very neat unit, excellently equipped including the full DStv package and WiFi. The unit is well located in San Lameer, will definitely visit again.
The apartment is very neat and has everything one needs. The estate is safe and clean and beautiful nature! We enjoyed it very much.
We had a lovely week at San Lameer and Villa 2200. The unit has everything you need for your self-catering stay and it's well-situated on the estate, with just a short walk to the beach or the hotel. The only downside is that it is on the main road; the estate was really busy during our stay, so it was quite noisy with the traffic and the guests and domestic workers/maintenance staff walking past. The outside patio is also not that private.
Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The owners must urgently provide for alternatives to power cuts, eg gas.
Unit is very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a home away from home. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for those staying for longer than a day or two, and the free WiFi is also great. Suggestions: To make kitchen cupboard space available for guests groceries, my mom and I had to leave our small amount of groceries on the kitchen counter as all the kitchen cupboards were either full of crockery or locked. To have a umbrella available for the table outside. To check the cleaners sweep / dust under the bed.
What a wonderful experience, beautiful decor, luxurious finishes and attention to every detail.
San Lameer Estate is super beautiful, Villa 2200 was well prepared and cleaned. The host was welcoming and good to us. We also like the villa interior decor.

House rules

Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Included in the price is a daily service throughout the year, except for Sundays and public holidays.
All December and January bookings should be paid 1 month prior to arrival.

By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term & conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
