San Lameer Villa 2305 is a double-storey self-catering villa, located in the popular San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal. A dream holiday destination for golfers, beach and nature lovers. Not only is it a 200-hectare nature conservancy, but it also features a challenging 18-hole championship golf course and a spa.

The villa is suited to accommodate 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 are each furnished with a double bed and is located upstairs. Both these bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The comfortable lounge features a TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi. From the spacious living area, the villa extends to a covered patio with a braai and dining table where guests can enjoy sundowners while relaxing with a view of the nearby pond. There is 1 covered parking bay available. The property features a dedicated JoJo tank, providing a reliable source of backup water supply.

The apartment is equipped with an inverter and battery system in case of load-shedding. Guests are, however, requested to use these resources sparingly and not use high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.

House rules
- Please note that the unit can strictly only accommodate 6 persons as per the estate rules.
- Entrance fees for 2 vehicles are included in the price.
- Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
- Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
- Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.
- Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
- No smoking is allowed in the unit.
- Housekeeping: Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays only. Should guests require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee. Mid-and High season or long weekends and school holidays are serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
- By booking this unit, our guest accepts the terms and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
- Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate. - All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
- No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
- Should we be able to source another booking, we will gladly refund the full amount, less the admin fee.
- Guests are not allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will only be signed out to the surname confirmed with our agent.


South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
