The lounge area offers comfortable seating in includes a LED TV with selected DStv channels Package and WiFi. The TV room is adjacent to the patio which has a built-in braai with an outside bar fridge. The villa also has covered parking for two vehicles. Please bear in mind that this is a non-smoking unit.
The villa is conveniently located, within walking distance to many leisure and sports facilities. The security controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, MBT trail, a children’s' playground, and bird watching just to mention a few of the facilities available within San Lameer.

6 guests' feedbackThe unit is really in a neglected condition. The living room couches are dirty, the apartment needs a total paint job. The shower head in the master bedroom is so old that it broke off when we tried to turn it upright. There is a musty musty smell throughout the unit especially in the back master bedroom. Both shower doors leak water when you shower and may be the reason for the musty smell. The air conditioning units were effective which helps if you keep them on to remove the musty smell. It is clear that the on-site manager is not passing on the necessary information to head office about the condition of the unit. We have been going to Sanlamer for 20 years and it was really not a pleasant experience because of the unit 2414.
San Lameer offers excellent security, safe beach and an incredible amount of outdoor activities - golf, tennis, squash, bowling, rowing, bird life.
Villa 2414 was clean and neat. Very safe estate. Monkeys can be a problem - lock your windows!
Quiet visit with family, walking distance from sea and restaurant, clean, tidy accommodation.
Shower shield in main bathroom leaked a lot. Aircon needs maintenance. Noisy and does not work well. One wardrobe was full of stuff. Not usable for guests. Kitchen needs a deep clean. Drawers etc. Very well-equipped. Size: ideal for 4 people only. Food and service at clubhouse disappointing.
Southbroom is a beautiful location. the villa is located in the San Lameer Resort within relative walking distance from the beach. Safe, secure and restful environment for families to enjoy.

House rules

Any additional vehicles will be charged at R100 per vehicle.
Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Additional linen and towel changes can be arranged at an extra fee.

Housekeeping:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday's only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season or Long weekends and School Holidays Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
