The villa can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children below the age of six years, in the 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and has an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a queen bed, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower only, a toilet and a washbasin. A sleeper couch is available in the lounge and can accommodate 2 children below the age of six years.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels, as well as uncapped WiFi.
The living area leads out onto the patio which has a braai and outside furniture with a spectacular view of the estate and the sea on the horizon. The villa is serviced in season, but not in low season. Should you wish to have the villa serviced during the low season, please enquire on the rates.
The facility is equipped with a portable 1800 W power station that will power the television and Wi-Fi connectivity among others, during load shedding, but no high-load appliances.

Very neat and safe with a nice sea view.
Villa 2506 is very well equipped, but zero WiFi for us. Reported to Villa manager, no feedback. Painting sea view and many velvet monkeys who invite themselves for dinner. Lots of fun activities in San Lameer and surroundings, beautiful landscape and definitely worth a visit. Breakage damage back in our account within 3 days. Nice at the seaside!
Unit is comfortable with everything needed. Tranquility in abundance!
The accommodation is very centrally located, close to all the different activities. The unit is very clean and tidy and adequately equipped. Would like to see the gutter right above the sliding door to the patio cleaned. It rained a lot and there was a puddle inside the unit by the wooden sliding door. The water flows over the gutter and not into the diversion pipe. The wooden sliding door needs attention because it is somewhat crooked in the frame. Furthermore, everything was very nice, beyond expectations. Will definitely be back again.
We had a lovely and peaceful stay in Villa 2506. Werner from Top Destinations did a great job in arranging the Guest Arrival Form, security access and collection of keys. We will be visiting soon.
Outside bins on each floor are ineffective against the blue monkey problem and floors are then not properly cleaned - garages and surroundings can also be swept more.
Would've liked a shower mat and fryer is rusted.
Wonderful unit in a beautiful setting. We will be back again and again.
San Lameer is truly an amazing getaway, the estate has everything you need and we loved that we could just walk to the beach. We will definitely return and visit San Lameer and Villa 2506 is perfect for us.

House rules
WIFI:The Villa has uncapped wifi inside the apartment.

Linen is provided and only replaced for stays of longer than five days.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Housekeeping:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday's only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season and long weekends and School Holidays: Serviced every day, except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
Estate and House rules;
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate.
South Africa is experiencing consistent load-shedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. We are not able to predict these events and this is out of our control. Please come prepared. Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and we can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that we can't control or predict their water supply but will notify our guests should there be an expected problem. We can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
