The remaining 3 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds The second bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, while the shared bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. For your convenience a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are also available. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The unit also has uncapped WIFI.
The house has 2 covered patio areas which include outdoor furniture, a gas braai and great views of the estate lagoon.

5 guests' feedbackCan modernize the decor more or just remove old decor, such as material plants in pots. Unit was super clean, had everything one could need. Good quality beds and bedding. Complimentary soap was nice, as were the white towels. The stoep was lovely to hang out on and enjoy the beautiful view. It's gas grill's gas was empty.
Struggled with owner to replace broken and non-working fridges as food was running out.
We were 4 adults with 4 children. The villa is built in 3v lacquers. Very private from other villas. Beautiful view of the lagoon. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need in a normal household. Unfortunately there is no WiFi. Will definitely visit there again. We also received great service from the travel agency.
We were disappointed at the lack of consideration to our request for a refund for night of 28th May, our delayed arrival due to cancellation of BA flights and therefore beyond our control. Bedside lamps and a wall light not working. No WiFi access, which in today's world is a necessity. One fridge out of order.
One fridge did not work. No effort was made to fix it. Cold drinks were never cold. Roof leaked in 2 places. No effort made to fix it. King-size bed sleeps only one person in the middle because the mattress sags on both sides. Believe the faults existed before, but it was not mentioned in the advertisement. This is a misrepresentation.

Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
Housekeeping:
Low Season: Limited to Monday, Wednesday and Friday's only. Should you require additional days, please inform us as this can be arranged at an extra fee.
Mid-and High Season or long weekends and School Holidays Serviced every day, except for Sundays and public holidays.
Estate house rules:
By booking this unit, our guest accepts the term and conditions as well as the house rules of the estate that will be visited.
Motorcycles are not allowed on the estate and prior arrangement has to be made in order to park the motorcycles in the estate. Non-Smoking Villa
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival.
No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
You are not allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will only be signed out to the Surname confirmed with our agent.
South Africa is experiencing consistent loadshedding affecting all areas, including the South Coast. In the past, San Lameer has had occasions whereby the Eskom breakers in Marina Beach tripped and left the estate without power for a day. The estate is not able to predict these events and this is out of their control. Please come prepared.
Beaches are influenced by weekly tests to determine if it is safe to swim or not and therefore the owners can not guarantee that the beach will be open for swimming. The UGU Municipality does have seasonal problems with water supply in the South Coast, which might influence your stay. Although San Lameer has boreholes and reserve tanks, they are still reliant on the supply of the municipality. It is very important to note that water supply cannot be predicted, guests will be notified should there be an expected problem.
San Lameer can unfortunately not provide refunds on these instances, and advise guests to take the matter up with the related supplier of the service, or alternatively do not book the unit.
