10 guests' feedbackIt was an absolute oasis! Such a spacious villa, very good furniture in the villa. Clean and neat. Lovely view with the trees and lagoon on the other side (would be nice with some trees cut back) but would definitely recommend this villa!
This villa is large and clean and well situated in San Lameer, close to the beach. On a very positive note, the fridge freezer space exceeds expectations and in that climate was very welcome. On a negative note, with a large group of people for an extended stay, I booked on the basis that there was a tumble dryer but it was out of order and no communication was sent in that regard. The main aircon unit was leaking very badly making the floors rather treacherous. Besides the small negatives, the unit is amazing, the helper is awesome, friendly, trustworthy and proactive in giving clean linen and towels, etc.
Stay was good. Balcony was not properly secure. A person was badly injured as a result of falling through. No assistance from the owner. Maintenance of the property should be done properly.
The owners also make sure that everything works and the house is cleaned very nicely every day. We will definitely holiday in this villa again!
Lovely rooms and facilities. We really relaxed and slept very well. We were thrilled with how close we were to the ocean and felt very safe.
San Lameer Villa 3003 is very comfortable and well supplied with everything you could need. Very well located and we just walked to the beach. I would go there again anytime and recommend it anytime.

Villa 3003 we will definitely stay again and the owner was very helpful. It is a very large unit, neat and well located.
We had a great time and full marks to the owners! We were 8 men on a golf tour and unit was nicely cleaned every day and enough toilet paper and towels.
