There are also 2 emergency lamps available in the event of power outages.

House rules
Only the number of guests on the confirmed booking, with the maximum being 6 people, will be allowed to stay at the property as per the rules of the estate.Linen is provided but only replaced for stays longer than 5 days.
Additional linen and bath towels can be provided by arrangement and at an additional cost.
Bath towels are provided and replaced every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Guests need to bring along their own beach towels.
The complex does not allow motorcycles unless prior arrangements have been made directly with the estate.
All December and January bookings should be paid one month prior to arrival. No payments can be made at the estate and should be settled before arrival.
An entrance fee for 2 vehicles is included in the rate but any additional vehicles will be charged an additional cost per vehicle.
Armbands for the beach entrance are available to purchase at reception.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
The house is not suitable for pets.
A cleaning service is provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the low seasons, while mid and high seasons have a daily service fee except for Sundays and public holidays.
Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the host and the estate upon booking.
