Location is perfectly located. Close to everything. Beautiful apartment and very cozy. I wish I had been there longer to enjoy the variety of reading books. The owner is very friendly.

Sand and Sea's location is good and is quite well equipped, but unfortunately it was not clean in my opinion. The bathroom mats were not washed ahead of time, the stove and microwave were not clean and I swept the floors upon arrival. It was full of sand, hair and wool. The place had clearly not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The bedding also appeared old and washed out. For a place where one pays so much money per day, I really expected a clean and tidy place.
