The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the top floor and 2 on the ground floor, and each of the rooms has a private bathroom. The first room on the ground floor is furnished with a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second room contains twin beds, and has a bathroom with a bath and shower.
Located upstairs, the main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and opens onto a balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean. The fourth room has a sea view, and is furnished with twin beds, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. For convenience, duvet inners, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors, linen and towels are provided. Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
The large open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, 2 electric ovens, a microwave, 2 large fridges, a dishwasher, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. The utility room is equipped with an iron, and ironing board, a washing machine, as well as a tumble-dryer. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge which has a cosy fireplace, a TV, and a DVD player. In peak seasons DStv is available, and the rest of the year, DStv is available on request at an additional cost. ADSL is also available in the house.
Guests can relax in the sun room which has access to the stoep, or make use of the play room in the basement which has a second TV and DVD player, as well as table tennis and accessories. Braai facilities are available in the garden, and the large wind-protected stoep has direct access to the beach. Sand Sleepers is a non-smoking establishment, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

3 guests' feedbackWe had an amazing stay. Beautiful location. Hot water in one bathroom not working but everything else was absolutely perfect! My favourite weekend away so far!
The house is well equipped and has more beds than we could count and could comfortably accommodate two families. The only (small) negative was a dirty ashtray that hadn't been emptied and cleaned.
Sadly we had really bad weather but the downstairs playroom with table tennis table, toys and a TV helped to entertain the housebound kids. The house is spacious, comfortable and comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to cook in. The service was as always, excellent.
