The apartment is fully equipped for a wonderful visit. The beds are comfortable. Elsabé is extremely helpful and a wonderful hostess. We had a wonderful rest.
The place and location is amazing. I have an issue with the owners living right next door. It makes you feel uncomfortable because your every move is being watched and monitored. One only find out upon arrival and the fact that clients have to clean the place before check out is not on. They should get a cleaning service in. The husband ans wife whole day on balcony so listens to all you conversations. At 6 am they wake up and you can hear them talking loudly. I felt very uncomfortable.
It was so comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Gorgeous towels, nice personal touches with olives and crunchies too. it had everything we needed and I can recommend this accommodation.
From the moment we walked in, we were comfortable. The apartment was perfect. All rooms tidy and very spacious. What was special for me were the fresh flowers and the milk in the fridge. Thank you very much aunty Elsabe, aunty definitely went out of her way to make these few days very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, it's between Hartenbos and Mossel Bay and easily accessible. Good security and close to the sea. I would recommend Sandels anytime!
Wat 'n wonderlike tyd het ons by die plek gehad, Elsabee en haar man is wonderlike mense. Ek was al by plekke waar die foto's niks lyk soos die geadverteer is nie, ek werk nou al jare self by LekkeSlaap en ek kan sê die plek lyk net so netjies soos dit hier lyk. Ons het veilig gevoel, ek sal regtig die plek aanbeveel vir enige iemand. Baie, baie dankie Elsabee, dit het my twee jaar gevat maar ek is bly ek het myself gekry om in Mosselbaai uit te kom en jy het dit net soveel meer special gemaak.
Elsabe and her husband were ever so accommodating for our times of arrival and departure. They a were available to anytime questions with absolute kindness. The accommodation was immaculate on arrival. Everything is on hand, right down to the ironing board and iron. The swimming pool, braai area and gardens are in beautiful condition and we felt very welcomed.
From the start we received amazing service from Elsabe. We arrived late the Friday evening in Mossel Bay and were greeted with a smile. What I loved about our stay in the unit, was that it was like home ─ it had everything that we needed, fully equipped with bedding, towels, crockery, certain toiletries. An extra special for me was the milk, water and juices for my girls that waited in the fridge, upon our arrival. The furniture is up to date, comfortable and very neat. We loved the open spaces and the fact that we could enjoy the free WiFi and DStv. We literally only needed to bring ourselves, our clothes and food. Elsabe checked in with us all through the weekend, checking if we were okay, watching our car (even though it was safely parked inside), always checking if she could do anything extra. A big wow for me! Just loved the atmosphere; a definite comeback. Thank you, Elsabe, your service is amazing. Really appreciate all the effort you made in making us comfortable.

Sandals is the ideal place to get away from a busy week at work in a peaceful environment. The house is close to the beach. The self-catering unit is clean and exactly what was advertised. You get a beach feeling when entering the house. The owners are very pleasant. I can highly recommend then and will definitely be staying there again.
