House has everything needed. Nice and close to walk down to the cement walkway by the sea. Indoor barbecue with sea view for cold evenings or with doors wide open if you are looking for fresh air.

Comfortable and well appointed house. Close to the sea and has a nice view from the living room and master bedroom. Definitely a summer house, maybe a bit cold for winter. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The location is great and views are breath-taking. The house itself is well equipped and all you need to bring along is your food and beach towels. The owner is also very efficient and helpful. The access for oun dog was also very pleasing to the family. We will definitely visit the Sandbaai beach house again. The proximity to the local Mall was also a great value add.
Ideal home for a large family group. Deck with its amazing view was a winner. However, I suggest that the owner should take on the cleaning service as there is undoubtedly a problem with it. We had a problem with the fridge, but luckily there was a second fridge on the barbecue patio, which prevented us from losing frozen meat.
We had a wonderful stay. We went as a family with our doggies and everybody enjoyed it thoroughly. (Loved the doggie door!) The view was amazing, so close to the sea. The house had everything we needed and the owner was only a phone call away when we needed to ask something. Will definitely love to stay there again.

We were a group of 10 friends who stayed at Sandbaai Beach House on the weekend of 26 April - 28 April 2019. We had a great time! The house was clean and tidy, the decor is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were neatly laid out. The braai room is cosy, and the view upstairs is beautiful. The house literally has everything you need, you just need to pack your clothes! The owner of the house, Johan, was very friendly and helpful even though we only talked by phone. We will definitely book again! And I definitely recommend the house.

I enjoyed my time at this house, it was neat and also it was in a good environment to enjoy time with family and friends, enough sleeping space and also safe for cars to park. It was just a bit far from the beach to swim.
My puppies thoroughly enjoyed the special opening to the garden and the walk along the ocean. Will definitely go again. A spacious family home with a lovely sea view. This is a absolute stunning house, we immediately felt at home. The location is right on the beach with breathtaking views. By far the best family entertainment area, and this house is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Beautiful bedrooms, with additional blankets if you require, bathrooms had shower gel in with we thought was so thoughtful. We would definitely be doing back there again.

A very nice home to visit with friends. The deck outside was very nice to sit and to watch the sea and enjoy the sunset. The freezer in the kitchen needs a new magnet strip because it did not want to shut properly from our arrival.

We had a great time and will definitely rent the beach house again in the future if we come that way again. A big advantage for us is that our dog could hang out. We did a little searching for the cutlery, but found it in the top small rack of the dishwasher. Which of course is also a great convenience!
We have a lovely stay in the guest house and will strongly recommend it. The house was well equipped and the location perfect. What made it even better was that we were allowed to bring our pets.
