We were blessed with a very clean welcome and arranged for some wood to be delivered by the local dry wood specialist. It was a typical clear winter's night, but that just encouraged us to get the fire going as soon as we were settled in. We needed nothing other than an extra blanket, but the first cold night was followed by glorious swimming weather in the lagoon. The unit had everything we needed and more. So much so, we placed a few items in the wrong places. Note to self: take pics of where the kitchen items are stored to avoid deposit adjustments. The house itself is a dream. Spacious and perfectly suited for game nights in front of the fireplace and the perfect braai with a view of the lagoon. My family and I will definitely be back soon.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious, well equipped and of course excellently located!

Location was good. Agents were petty.
The Villa was very clean and tidy, but did not have a TV. SA played against the AB and we couldn't find a comfortable place anywhere to watch the game. One would have expected for the price you pay, there would be at least one. Langebaan Rentals withheld our crockery deposit citing that there were signs that someone had been smoking in the house. This is untrue as my husband was smoking outside on the porch. He had to use a tin each time to dispose of his ashes as there were no ashtrays. I have taken it up with them but I haven't heard back to date. Extremely disappointing. Otherwise the house was comfortable with everything you need. Beautiful view of the lake.

The entrance to the property is a gravel road of 16 m and is suitable for all cars.All facilities are used at their own risk. The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangement for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. Towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
The following are not allowed at the property;
Any commercial activity, team building, party or disco, 21st birthday party,
Matric gatherings (even after their final exams),
Bachelor parties and hen parties, and
No under 21-year-olds will be accommodated at the property without adult supervision.
