19 guests' feedbackI've enjoyed my stay. Our room was very warm and comfortable.
Place was clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful The food was also good.
The team was expecting us, they were very friendly and accommodating. We have a great time.
Very nice stay. Just a pity there wasn't a fridge in the room to keep soft drinks cold.
It was nice because we wanted a quiet place.
The rooms are neat and well maintained, the restaurant is neat and clean. There was no bottled water available, limited drinks at restaurant, the place is run down compared to what is shown on their website. Can see that little maintenance is done. Sorry staff, there is great uncertainty about the future with the staff.
Rooms need a lot of attention and carpets look very bad.
The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Please put bar fridges in the rooms we must always go to the shops to buy ice to keep our drinks cold and do something about fridges please.
Rooms needs a small fridge. Stairs to room to be checked, very uneven.
No assistance with unloading luggage. TV dead. SABC programs only. No DStv. Pointing to rooms pathetic. No security. Road to hotel from main road cannot be used if it rains. You will be stuck or stranded at hotel. Meal prices very expensive.
We were on the way home from Margate (South Coast) and did not want to drive all the way in one day.
Needs upgrading and management is absent, although staff are very helpful and friendly, more guidance and finishing is needed.
I think that they should have more blankets available than one per room especially in winter and the shower towels are tiny.
Parking is very far from the rooms and there its uphill to the parking. The floors in the bedroom were dirty. No DStv. The staff are accommodating and friendly.
It's a neat place but needs attention and it's simple rooms. Can maybe just give more information about the hotel and it is not 3 star in my opinion. Will not take my wife and child to the place.
People were partying until after 2 in the morning so we couldn't sleep. We had no power from 12 o'clock at night to 6 o'clock in the morning, was not normal loadshedding! Had no water so could not use any of the facilities.
The rooms are really dirty and you can smell the age of the carpets. Bushes and grass everywhere and the place is dirty inside and out. We already wanted to move to another place upon arrival. Never again in my life.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and gardens are beautiful and provide great space for young children. The power outage was also handled well and emergency power was in place.
