Great stay! Right on the beach and view beautiful.
What a gem of a place. It is furnished as if you were at your own home. The owner (Sandy) is a top hostess, she even arranged for us to check in a little earlier. The unit is very well laid out with everything you could need and more. The unit is on the same floor as the parking, which makes it very convenient if you need to load and unload, and not have to use elevators. It was an unforgettable experience, and I would go back and relax again any day.

Nice apartment with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea, as in the photo. At ground floor level with parking right at the main entrance. Large, spacious master bedroom with private bathroom with bath and hand shower. Much smaller second bedroom. Separate shower/toilet space for second bedroom, guests etc. Housekeeper cleaned and washed dishes daily, except on Saturday and Sunday. Enough closet space for clothes etc.

The unit was lovely and clean. The location is great. However, there were renovations in a unit on the floor above us. The drilling and hammering started at 8:00 and continued until 14:00/14:30 each day (except Saturday and Sunday). The noise was annoying and disturbing.
I think the location is great. However, the towels were old and the shower did not drain properly. The rate per night for the accommodation without the discount would have been in excess of R3200. The accommodation, on the other hand, costs less, has a direct sea view, and also has two bedrooms. At the end of the day, it depends on what your needs are. But for the 40% discount received, I would not have stayed at the accommodation. I think the rate per night is not justified.
Safe and secure resort with dedicated parking. Good Wi-Fi and backup power during load shedding for internet access. Friendly and obliging staff and maid service. The family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and hospitality. One of the better holiday experiences and looking forward to another stay at this resort.
We had a really nice stay. The unit was clean on arrival and serviced in the mornings. Swimming pool "sparkling clean". Lawns and paved areas neat and clean. Security guard at the gate during the night is a big plus point. Just a pity the unit does not have an air conditioner/s. Ceiling fans in the room help, but an air conditioner would have been even better. But all and all, this is definitely a unit we will return to in the future.
The apartment is particularly nicely located. You are close to everything you need. The owner, Mrs. Colia, is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

When we entered the apartment you could smell how clean it is, it's very neat, everything you need is there. Very well located and close to the beach, braai area also very convenient. Sandy very friendly and helpful, the cleaner Mpumi also very friendly.

With the location on the beach with the pool between you and the sea you don't need to drive anywhere. You can sit on the porch and it's as good as being on the beach.
The place has good security so you sleep peacefully.

The 3pm check-in and 9am check-out are unrealistic. 2pm check-in and 10am or 11am check-out make more sense.
The apartment had everything we needed. Views were magnificent and 2 minutes from the beach. Spotlessly clean and perfect for our breakaway.

Owner just got snuff in the nose from mate who wanted to sleep over and spoil our whole holiday and "harass" us about the fifth person who may have to sleep on her sofa. Had her husband call me. Threatened us with cameras watching us as well as lied to us about chairman apparently complaining about us. Cleaner also entered apartment without our permission to "spy". Really it cost me R24 000 for a week of hell with owner.
The location is perfect, had a problem with a dispute between me and the owner about an umbrella that was already broken and cost me R1000 in damages. There is no inventory list to indicate the broken goods.

Beautiful place to stay. You can access the beach directly from the compound. The pool is nice and clean. Now about the place: it's clean and has amazing beach views from the balcony as well as from the master bedroom. The bed is king-size so that also has an advantage. Loved the place and would recommend the same to all fellow travellers.
With such lovely view and quiet atmosphere relaxing was unavoidable. If you need a fast recharge don't hesitate to make your way over. Would surely recommend and even make use of this place in the future. Great stay. Thanks Sandy.

Need hooks in the kitchen and bathrooms to hang dish towels and cloths. Shower, bathroom's door does not close properly. Needs vacuum cleaner to clean sea sand easier/quicker.
Well-equipped, stylish getaway accommodation near the sea. Centrally located with many eating places walking distance from the unit. Will definitely make another booking there.
Nice apartment with spacious living areas and enough space for 4 people. Is kept nice and clean and has all the amenities one needs. We made breakfast and went out to eat in the evening, but there was enough of everything to make you feel at home and you didn't have to go further than the beach and the apartment at all (DStv, WiFi, nice and comfortable sofas, quality beds, nicely painted, good linen). Complex has good security, fun with children, braai facilities and bright blue swimming pool. We will definitely be back next year!

The unit is well-equipped, safe, neat and you can get to the beach directly through a gate. The only letdown is that I still haven't received my breakage deposit even after I sent my bank details and she promised that she'll send it to me soon.

We enjoyed our holiday in Sans Place very much. The apartment has everything you need. The best of it all is the view from the apartment. Could sit on the balcony and see the sunrise and watch the dolphins.

The building the unit is located in is well-kept. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and the braai facilities are good, just use charcoal as the wood is horrible. The unit is clean and has everything you'd need. Small things deserve some attention, the knives are blunt and there is no sharpener. The sliding doors don't open easily and in one of the rooms is draws away from the railing. The doors themselves don't have keys which is a problem is you have small children with you.
A wonderful and safe getaway accommodation close to shops, restaurants. We felt like it was our place away from home. Definitely worth it!
