10 guests' feedbackThe unit was fully equipped for longer stays with washing machine and tumble dryer, large fridge, microwave, etc. I arrived earlier than planned and the reception staff were very accommodating. Quiet, clean and with a small porch that received lovely afternoon sun. Will definitely stay there again.

Our room's TV didn't work, staff tried to help but couldn't fix it, next day they gave us another room with a working TV.
The room is huge and well-equipped. The refrigerator wasn't working but was replaced within 5 minutes! The front desk lady, (we named her Lilly!), was helpful! We had an awesome getaway. Thank you!
Good choice for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Pool was not clean, and the units are very standard, but for the price range it's probably okay, the customer service is excellent, very happy with it, maybe they can put coffee in the units for guests only.
No back up reserves for water outage so was unable to use any facilities, toilet, shower etc, which made the stay difficult. I was also not contacted on this regard for the water outage. However staff were friendly.
Besides the long loadshedding, I had to deal with no water as well. This was challenging as I was in JHB on business. Then to add to my disappointment, the lifts stopped working. After a long day, walking up to the 3rd floor was not a good way to end my day.
Disappointed, the apartment was unclean, I saw traces of hair everywhere from previous guests, inadequate guest amenities, no desk and chair for me to work, inadequate backup during load shedding.
They advertise as satellite TV, but the image is very bad. It's over flaky. 'Bad' is not the right word. There are pathetic channels. The WiFi is bad. The cabinets are chipped. The stove is slow. Some of the plates do not work. There is no oven. The pots are small. All that worked decently was the fridge. I didn't dare to sit on the benches.
Good value for money but see rates have more than doubled since our stay so the review may no longer be relevant.
