Very pleasant stay, very friendly and helpful hosts. The host assisted us with safe storage of our bicycles and bike rack. Awesome bloke.
We had a very peaceful time, it was indeed nice.
A little small, but everything you need. Quiet and safe and close to the sea.

The stay was more than we could have expected. The unit was very neat and clean. Everything we needed was there. Very private, we enjoyed hearing the ocean, and close to the beach.
The stay was good. There just wasn't a decent substance to cook on. Only a gas bottle with a cooker top. The place is more suitable for business travelers. I wanted a place with a barbecue facility. The hangout was at the front (street side) of the building and not fenced and private. There was a small mobile braai.
The place is only for 1 or 2 nights' sleep. You barbecue in the street and if you are an outdoors person, the place is not for you.
Sandy Footprints is well located with hospitable people who received us, everything one looks for in a place to stay.

From the moment I got there, everything was in place. Hostess Debbie was easily accessible, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
Everything was exactly as we expected. We really enjoyed it and would love to visit again. There is a lack of an outside ash bin to be able to empty the inside ash bin. A broom would also be very welcome to sweep away sea sand. The canopy in front of the room is also somewhat short, the afternoon sun burns fiercely on the room and makes it very hot. A carport would also be welcome, the cars are also standing in the bright sun all day. A small braai would also be welcome.

I would like to make comment of the following: We were very happy with the type of accommodation. Everything was spotless and clean. Thank you for the towels and bathroom accessories, makes a holiday pleasant when the bathrooms are fully equipped with shampoo and shower gel and towels. I have the following points I would like to make. There is a bad smell of mold in the room, and for someone like myself with sinus and hayfever, this smell triggers these ailments. Sandy Footprint needs to sort out the smell as it's not a nice smell, especially when entering the room after being out for the day. Then the shower is extremely slow, we have had to run the water for a period of time (which in my opinion is wasting water) before it actually gets hot and the pressure of the shower is extremely soft. They need to look at these 2 points.
Sewage smell in apartment, no braai facilities. Stoep small and not conducive to sitting outside, otherwise everything good.
Very neat and clean, close to the beach and would recommend it anytime.
