Enjoyed every minute. Room was comfortable and of a high standard, and we had the most amazing views of the mountain. We were fortunate that it was snowing during our stay, which made our trip extra special.
We were not very happy with the dinner, they indicated that there were 2 sittings but did not indicate when who eats with which sitting, we waited and arrived with the 2nd sitting, most people who then with the 1st sitting there, they were not ready to serve us, there was no more of all the food available, it was not a nice experience for us at all, I would think that they should indicate who should eat when, the breakfast the next morning was very nice though.
Apart from no hot bath water, only lukewarm, it was delicious, it was also expensive.
Some of the staff in the dining hall are extremely rude. It was a bit of a disappointment, but overall it was very nice. There is an elderly man who helps at the buffet who doesn't know how to talk to guests. The same for a larger man who also works behind the buffet. Otherwise it was a memorable visit.
Compliments to the chef! The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly.
Little gem, a must to drive the pass before it might be tarred. The food could be slightly better. Short of extra staff who can do the massages.
However, get the feeling the hotel is geared towards the overseas tourist when it comes to rates. Quite expensive accommodation for local tourist. Disappointed in dinner. Otherwise nice stay and close to the Sani pass which makes it a good choice.
