Nowadays, the road up to the border post is asphalted, so that is no longer a problem. Before the last 5 km he needs 4x4. Due to the bad weather, we didn't book a trip to the top, sorry but alas. Nice accommodation, friendly host. Breakfast was well taken care of. Nice view from our room on the golf course behind and some high mountain peaks.

Guests in room 6 chatted every single night as if they had the whole resort to themselves, sometimes until 1 in the morning. There were 4 phone numbers provided that we could call, but needless to say, they no longer worked. The one belonged to someone who didn't even know Sani Window. The phone number of the owner only rang when you called him, no answer. We asked for the manager to speak to the guests, but he advised us to call the police. He will mention them to consider other guests. There was a gate, but it was open and it was said they wouldn't close it. There was no security at the accommodation. All that was good was the breakfast and the friendly ladies who served it.
Quiet and adorable little guesthouse. Family-run with beautiful gardens. Our stay was short, a mere stopover on route to Coffee Bay. Roads are good, facilities are good, breakfast was good. Great price!
Far to walk, kitchen separate and it was difficult to make just cup of coffee because we had to walk out of room.

Although we booked the cheapest rooms (backpackers option), we were invited to upgrade to a "better" room at the same price. The personnel at this fantastic venue was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Should the need arise for visiting through this beautiful area, I will certainly make use of them if necessary.

Sani Window symbolises the positive and the beauty of South Africa and its people. You feel blessed and inspired when you leave there due to the fact that this house is being run for the Living God.

We were kindly received by Kirsty and we immediately felt at home. We decided to have a barbecue for dinner, but Kirsty went the extra mile, organized a barbecue for us and put the kitchen at our disposal. Everything was spotless and the view and tranquility of the golf course view immediately relaxes you. Breakfast was on time, beautifully and tasty prepared. Kirsty is an absolute star! Her enthusiasm is much appreciated.

Sani Window's location is very central in a wonderful environment. The view of the golf course and mountains from the living room is breathtaking! Kirsty and her staff's hospitality is top notch. Breakfast daily may show variation, but is still exquisite and tasty. The place has potential to be a top quality guest house if attention is paid to smaller details such as parking pegs and garden maintenance. It's value for money and we can recommend the place.
