Bergplaas can accommodate up to 10 guests, and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms of which 4 are en suite and 1 has been adapted for the mobility challenged, a kitchen, lounge and dining room. Each bedroom contains 2 single beds. The fifth bedroom is an upstairs loft room, that also contains 2 single beds.
The house is equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for your first night stay is supplied. The spacious lounge contains a fireplace. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. Outside, there is a large patio.

Please note: From 1 September 2017 all visitors over 18 years old will be required to produce an identity document, passport or alternative valid identification e.g. driver’s licence card for scanning upon entering/exiting the Parks.A standard daily conservation fee of R200 for foreign visitors, R100 for SADC nationals with a valid passport, and R50 for South African Citizens and Residents with ID, will be required on entry to the park.

Weekdays: 07:30 - 18:00
Weekends and Public Holidays: 09:00 - 17:00 (closed between 12:00 and 12:30)
Keys must be collected and returned to SANParks Agulhas Office on check out at 214 Main Road, Agulhas (last building on the right before the lighthouse).
The use of drones inside (and over) our national parks is strictly prohibited.
No smoking is allowed inside the accommodation.

The road is a gravel road of approximately 26 km and even though it is not necessary to have a 4x4, a high clearance vehicle is recommended, especially in the wet season, from June to August;
It is advisable to contact the Park prior to booking to confirm road conditions;
Travelling time from the reception office to the farmstead is approximately 1 hour.
