27 guests' feedbackIt was a wonderful experience.
We have always been there to our heart's content, but the place (lodge) you booked us was more than top notch. So this is great.
Very good stay in the Kruger National Park.
Every thing is top. Nice house, a good kitchenette and clean beds.
Was nice, will just have to pay attention to fire equipment, was there during a fire. Too few tools.
Had a wonderful stay. Neat and safe.
We were booked in unit 101, but upon arrival, the sewage drain next to the unit was overflowing and we requested another unit, which was provided. The unit is a bit run down and the heat exchangers for the hot water on the outside of the units are noisy, with intermittent rattles when the fans go on at night. We were 20 minutes early for check-in but had to wait until 14h00 to receive the keys although the cleaning lady advised us the room was ready.
Interior of rondavel very tired and old. No kettle or coffee station. But a big fridge on the porch that I don't know what to do with.
Restaurant overlooking the Olifantsriver.
See stars.
The toilet flushers was broken, and the geyser didn't get hot. Complaint was laid, but wasn't fused until we left.
We were told the camp is fully booked. On both nights there were about 4 to 5 bungalows occupied. The others were all empty. I asked for a specific bungalow and was told it was occupied. I checked both nights and there was nobody in that bungalow. Very disappointing. Why the staff lie, I don't know.
The view of the river is breathtaking, some elements of the chalets are a bit outdated, but it is clean and cosy, perfect for a couple. Lovely to have a coffee on the stoop with an amazing view in the morning and the sunsets are amazing.
Clean camp with best view.
The only complaints I have is that the shower was extremely low even for an average height person and the kitchen unit had power problems and would trip when trying to use any electrical appliance, even the hydrofoil.
Houses are nice and clean but a little bit outdated. Creates a nostalgic atmosphere though.
The camp, the location and the hut were really great! Would like to come back.
We had a lovely stay, all things we needed were available. Especially the air con.
Nice camp. Good restaurant. Nice view.
There were no problems, everything went well.
Was really lovely, they can only put better beds in the rooms and the shops are ridiculously expensive. Furthermore, it is an experience.
We enjoyed a pleasant time in Olifantskamp. The facilities are old, but are kept clean and tidy. The service was good and the staff are very helpful. The shop and restaurant offer value for money with a reasonable selection.
We stayed only one night, unfortunately. The camp was wonderful, the position is magic, the cleanliness could be better.
A camp with a very beautiful view. Kitchen conveniently close to chalet and clean and tidy. Had a lovely stay here and also tried out the new pool. Just had to settle the additional camp charges as required.
The accommodation did not provide any form of cutlery and crockery forcing us to use the restaurant which we found was expensive and the food below average.
Number 87 needs attention.
Very basic. No utensils or kettle to make coffee etc. Would not recommend at all.
