SANParks Perdekloof Campsite is located in the Tankwa Karoo National Park. The magnificent Tankwa Karoo National Park straddles the border of the Northern and Western Cape provinces, with the Roggeveld escarpment to the east, Cederberg to the west, and Klein Roggeveld Mountains to the south.

The Perdekloof Campsite was opened in early 2012 and is situated at the mouth of the Perdekloof gorge. The campsite is a stone's throw from the Hoenderhoek rivulet, a tributary of the Renoster River.

The stands are nestled among the natural riverine vegetation with karee, sweet thorn and various ganna species predominating. Each of the 6 stands has its own bathroom and kitchenette, side-to-side with only 1 other stand. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The kitchenette does not have cooking facilities, but has a sink and gas geyser. Limited solar lighting is provided in the bathroom and kitchenette. These sites do not have power points. The sites have braai facilities, but no braai grids are supplied.

The campsite is accessible by high clearance 2x4 or 4x4 vehicle, however in the rainy season a 4x4 is advisable.
