Santorini A-Block Penthouse is a modern self-catering beachfront apartment situated in a secure complex in the heart of Margate. The complex offers convenience, as it is within walking distance of Margate’s main swimming beach, Margate pier, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and shops.

This penthouse can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom opens up to the spacious balcony boasting stunning views of the ocean, and features a TV and a small bar fridge. It is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, vanity basin, and toilet with bidet. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, basins, and toilets. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

Guests enter an expansive open-concept living area that is air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and 2 lounge areas. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast nook with stools. A separate scullery has a dishwasher and washing machine for guests’ convenience. The kitchen leads out to the dining area and further to the lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV with access to DStv. Additionally, there is a desk provided for those who cannot quite leave their responsibilities behind. There is also an inverter that powers the TV, DStv, and Wi-Fi during power outages.

From the kitchen guests enter the enclosed balcony which serves as a spectacular entertainment area. It features a gas braai, as well as a 2-plate gas stove, and boasts a Jacuzzi. It exits onto the balcony surrounded by magnificent views of the ocean. Both living and dining areas also open onto a large balcony with 180-degree sea views.

All tenants are bound by these conditions upon acceptance of the reserved accommodation, including the right of admission reserved by the company.

No keys will be left for collection without the completed preliminary booking form, rule letter, and a copy of the main guest's ID. These documents must be returned to the host at least 3 days before arrival.

Full payment is required for last-minute bookings prior to arrival.

No keys will be left for collection if the reservation has not been paid in full and if all documentation has not been received. Any after-hour call-out will incur an additional cost charged.

Guests must check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 12 hours of arrival via WhatsApp. The guests will be responsible for any shortages/breakages or damages incurred if no discrepancies are reported.

The primary guest accepts liability and responsibility for any shortages/damages or breakages after arrival and will pay for any loss or damage incurred.

Furniture and utensils must not be removed from the unit.

Any fines resulting from contravening the Body Corporate's rules will be paid by the guest.

The confirmation of the reservation is deemed as entering into a lease agreement that is legal and binding.
